Not eligible for Refunds:

If the vehicle arrived and the client decided to cancel the order, then 50% of the full order price is not refundable.
If the vehicle arrived, proceeded with loading and the client decided to cancel the order, then the 100% order price is not refundable.
If the vehicle arrived, had proceeded with loading, was on the way to unload point and client decided to cancel the order, then the 100% order price is not refundable, moreover the company may charge incurred costs.
If a client cancels the order less than 24 hours before, prepayment is not refundable.

The tariffs indicated on the website are not public, the price is formed dynamically at the time of order, the price includes all commissions and taxes, the price may change according to the tariff if the time for providing the service increases or if the route or type of car changes.
